Apres Moi le Deluge
I’m reading about No. 617 Squadron of the RAF. They’re the group that did those dam busting runs over Germany in WWII. Their badge, approved by King George VI, he of “The King’s Speech” fame, reads “Apres Moi le Deluge.” This translates to “After me, the flood.”
